Zinc die casting is a high-pressure manufacturing process used to produce precise metal components with complex geometry, thin walls and excellent surface quality.

Zinc alloys provide excellent fluidity, high strength, dimensional stability and the ability to cast thin walls and detailed features. They also support a wide range of decorative and protective finishes.
