Yes. We can install self-clinching nuts, studs, standoffs, rivets, rivet nuts, threaded inserts and standard mechanical fasteners according to your drawings and assembly requirements.
Distortion is managed through joint and fixture design, controlled tack welding, balanced welding sequences, appropriate heat input and intermediate dimensional checks. The final method depends on the material, thickness and geometry of the assembly.
Yes. Depending on the material and application, available finishing options may include grinding, polishing, bead blasting, powder coating, painting, plating, anodizing and passivation. Finish requirements should be identified during the quotation stage.
Yes. HordRT supports one-off prototypes, engineering validation builds, low-volume production and repeat orders. Production planning is based on part complexity, assembly requirements, quantity and finishing needs.
Inspection may include weld appearance, joint location, critical dimensions, hole position, hardware installation, panel alignment and final assembly fit. Project-specific inspection requirements can be agreed before production.
