We manufacture custom enclosures, covers, bezels, heat sinks, brackets, shielding parts, connector components, silicone keypads, seals and other plastic or metal structural parts based on customer drawings.
Our capabilities include rapid tooling, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, die casting, sheet metal fabrication, silicone compression molding, insert molding and overmolding. Multiple processes can be coordinated for projects containing different component types.
Common options include ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PA, PBT, PPS and PEEK for plastic components; aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, brass and zinc alloys for metal parts; and silicone, TPE or TPU for seals and flexible interfaces.
Yes. With no minimum order quantity, we support prototype parts, design iterations, bridge production and repeat manufacturing. The recommended production route depends on part design, material, volume and commercial requirements.
Yes. Threaded inserts, bushings, terminals and other metal elements can be integrated through insert molding or installed as a secondary operation. The best method depends on the insert geometry, material and performance requirements.
Critical features are identified during drawing and DFM review. Depending on the project, inspection can include CMM measurement, gauges, blue-light scanning, visual checks and assembly verification.
