01 What information do you need to quote my bending project?

Please send your 3D CAD file or 2D drawing, material grade, sheet thickness, quantity, tolerance requirements and any required surface finishes or secondary operations.

02 Which materials can be used for sheet metal bending?

Common materials include aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, copper and brass. The material grade, temper and thickness affect bend radius and tooling selection.

03 How do you determine the correct bend radius?

The appropriate bend radius depends on material type, thickness, temper, bend direction, required part geometry and available press brake tooling.

04 What bending tolerances can you achieve?

Achievable tolerances depend on material, thickness, bend length, flange size, number of bends and part geometry. Critical requirements are reviewed against the drawing before production.

05 How close can holes and slots be placed to a bend?

Holes and slots should remain outside the main deformation zone whenever possible. The recommended distance depends on material thickness, bend radius and feature geometry.

06 Can you produce parts with multiple bends?

Yes. We produce brackets, panels, housings and frames with multiple bends. Tool access and bending sequence are reviewed to prevent interference between previously formed features.

07 Do you support prototypes and production orders?
