Send us your drawings and requirements. Our engineering team will review the geometry, material, tolerances, and production volume for a practical manufacturing plan.
Please provide your 3D CAD files, 2D drawings where available, material and finish requirements, critical tolerances, expected quantity and intended application. If some details are not confirmed, our engineers can recommend practical manufacturing options.
We support structural brackets, housings, mounts, covers, fixtures, UAV components, electronic enclosures and other custom parts for prototype and low-volume production projects.
Our capabilities include rapid tooling, plastic injection molding, 3-axis to 5-axis CNC machining, die casting and sheet metal fabrication. The process is selected according to geometry, material, production volume and performance requirements.
Common choices include aluminum alloys, titanium, stainless steel, magnesium and engineering plastics. Selection depends on strength-to-weight needs, corrosion resistance, temperature, dimensional stability and project specifications.
Tolerance depends on the process, material, feature geometry and part size. Selected CNC-machined metal features can reach ±0.025 mm after drawing and engineering review; molding, casting and sheet metal tolerances are evaluated for each design.
Yes. We support one-off prototypes, design-verification parts, bridge production and flexible low-volume manufacturing. The production route can be adjusted as the design and quantity develop.
Depending on the project, inspection can include incoming material verification, in-process checks, CMM measurement, blue-light scanning, visual inspection and dimensional reports for critical features.
