Unlike tooling intended to remain at the supplier’s molding facility, an export mold requires a complete standalone mold base, compatible components and clearly defined mechanical, cooling and electrical interfaces.
The mold must match the destination factory’s machines and operating standards while providing the documentation needed for installation, production and future maintenance.

We manage export tooling through three controlled stages—definition, manufacturing and transfer—so the mold arrives ready for installation at your selected production facility.

Confirm part data, resin, production volume, target machine and destination factory standards.
Review molding risks and submit the complete tooling design for approval before manufacturing.
Manufacture, assemble and prove the tool.
Machine the mold base, cores, cavities and inserts according to the approved design.
Assemble the mold and inspect critical dimensions, movements, connections and components.
Run mold trials to evaluate filling, cooling, ejection, part quality and process stability.
Prepare the approved mold for overseas production.
Complete the agreed inspection, trial records and tooling documentation before release.
Clean and protect the mold against corrosion, then securely prepare it for international transport.

Typical information includes platen dimensions, tie-bar spacing, locating-ring size, nozzle details, mold-height range, clamping method, ejector arrangement and required electrical and cooling connections.
Yes. Mold trials are completed to evaluate mold movement, filling, cooling, ejection, part quality and process stability. Agreed corrective actions are completed before final approval and release.
Depending on the agreed handover scope, documentation can include final mold design data, tooling drawings, component information, inspection records and mold trial information.
The mold is cleaned and prepared with appropriate corrosion protection. It is then securely packed to reduce movement, contamination and environmental exposure during international transportation.
