HordRT operates two specialized manufacturing bases in Guangdong, China. Each facility focuses on a distinct group of production processes, while shared engineering standards, project coordination and quality systems keep every stage of manufacturing connected.
Zhuhai Factory
The Zhuhai facility focuses on tooling and molded-part production, bringing moldmaking, plastic injection molding, compression molding, ISO 8 cleanroom manufacturing and product assembly together at one site.
Zhongshan Factory
The Zhongshan facility specializes in metal part production, with integrated capabilities for precision CNC machining, high-pressure die casting, sheet metal fabrication and secondary processing.

FOUNDER & CEO
Johnny Xiong
Johnny founded HordRT in 2013 after building extensive hands-on experience in CNC machining, mold design, cost engineering and project management.
He continues to guide the company with a focus on practical engineering, reliable production and long-term customer success.

Growing Our Capabilities Since 2013
Since our founding in 2013, we have continued to invest in our facilities, expand our tooling and injection molding operations, and strengthen our quality systems to support our customers’ manufacturing needs.

Company Founded
HordRT was established on May 16, 2013, marking the beginning of our journey in custom manufacturing.

2016
In-House Manufacturing
We opened our own facility for mold making and injection molding, bringing tooling and part production together under one roof.

2017
IATF 16949 Certification
We achieved our initial IATF 16949 certification, strengthening our quality management system for automotive manufacturing.

2019
Our Own Factory Property
We purchased a factory property with 5,500 m² of building space, establishing a long-term foundation for our manufacturing operations.

2021
Dedicated Molding Facility
We established a separate injection molding facility, giving molding production its own dedicated space and resources.

2023
Tooling Operations Expand
Our mold-making operations moved into our company-owned premises, with annual production capacity reaching up to 1,500 molds.

New Zhuhai Factory
We developed a new factory in Zhuhai with approximately 40,000 m² of building space, creating room for the next stage of our manufacturing growth.

Molding Moves to Zhuhai
In October, our injection molding operations relocated to Zhuhai, where we also established a cleanroom for projects requiring a controlled production environment.

ISO 13485 Certification
In August, we obtained ISO 13485 certification, further strengthening our quality management system for medical device manufacturing projects.
