Integrated Manufacturing
Tooling, molding and machining coordinated through one manufacturing partner.
MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURING
Custom tooling, injection molding and precision machining for medical and dental components—from development prototypes to controlled production.
MANUFACTURING FOR MEDICAL PRODUCTS
From early prototypes to repeat production, HordRT provides integrated tooling, molding and precision machining for custom medical and dental components.
Our engineering team reviews part geometry, material selection, tolerances and manufacturing risks before tooling or production begins. This helps identify potential issues early and supports a more consistent path from development to production.

HOW WE WORK
Each project follows a structured workflow connecting design review, manufacturing, inspection and delivery—with clear communication throughout the process.
Send us your 2D drawings, 3D models, material requirements, expected quantities and any critical quality specifications.
Our team reviews geometry, tolerances, materials and manufacturing risks before tooling or production begins.
After the project details and DFM are approved, tooling development or part production begins under the agreed plan.
Finished parts are inspected according to the drawing and agreed requirements before packing and shipment.
MEDICAL PROJECT EXAMPLE
A closer look at how tooling, molding and precision manufacturing can be coordinated for a medical diagnostic equipment project.
The project required a transparent upper cover, a rigid molded base and precision internal mounting components that could be assembled consistently without compromising appearance or fit.
Maintain optical clarity, controlled cosmetic surfaces and accurate alignment across molded and machined parts.
Rapid tooling supported early validation before molded housings and machined mounting components were produced.
Critical dimensions, assembly interfaces and visible surfaces were reviewed against approved requirements.
START YOUR MEDICAL PROJECT
Send us your 3D models and drawings. Our engineering team will review geometry, materials, tolerances and production requirements to recommend a practical manufacturing route.

Yes. We support development prototypes, validation parts, rapid and bridge tooling, low-volume production and repeat manufacturing. The recommended route depends on part geometry, material, quantity and validation requirements.
Typical projects include equipment housings, diagnostic enclosures, clear components, fluid connectors, seals, diaphragms, brackets, precision metal parts and other custom components manufactured to customer drawings.
HordRT operates an ISO 13485 quality management system. Parts can be inspected against customer drawings and agreed project requirements, with inspection records and documentation defined during quotation and project review.
ISO 8 cleanroom injection molding is available for suitable projects. We review the component, resin, cleanliness expectations, packaging and documentation requirements before confirming the production plan.
Inspection may include incoming material verification, first-article inspection, in-process checks, dimensional or CMM inspection, and visual or surface evaluation. The final inspection plan is based on the drawing and agreed requirements.
Please provide 3D CAD files, 2D drawings where available, material, quantity, finish, critical dimensions and any cleanliness, testing or documentation requirements. This helps us prepare an accurate manufacturing proposal.
