01 What medical manufacturing processes do you offer?

We provide rapid tooling, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, die casting, sheet metal fabrication and silicone compression molding, together with selected secondary finishing and assembly services.

02 Can you support prototypes and production parts?

Yes. We support development prototypes, validation parts, rapid and bridge tooling, low-volume production and repeat manufacturing. The recommended route depends on part geometry, material, quantity and validation requirements.

03 What types of medical and dental components can you manufacture?

Typical projects include equipment housings, diagnostic enclosures, clear components, fluid connectors, seals, diaphragms, brackets, precision metal parts and other custom components manufactured to customer drawings.

04 Is your quality system suitable for medical projects?

HordRT operates an ISO 13485 quality management system. Parts can be inspected against customer drawings and agreed project requirements, with inspection records and documentation defined during quotation and project review.

05 Do you offer cleanroom injection molding?

ISO 8 cleanroom injection molding is available for suitable projects. We review the component, resin, cleanliness expectations, packaging and documentation requirements before confirming the production plan.

06 How do you inspect medical components?

Inspection may include incoming material verification, first-article inspection, in-process checks, dimensional or CMM inspection, and visual or surface evaluation. The final inspection plan is based on the drawing and agreed requirements.

07 What information is required for a quotation?

Please provide 3D CAD files, 2D drawings where available, material, quantity, finish, critical dimensions and any cleanliness, testing or documentation requirements. This helps us prepare an accurate manufacturing proposal.
