01What manufacturing processes do you offer for agricultural components?

We provide rapid tooling, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, die casting, sheet metal fabrication and silicone compression molding, together with selected finishing and assembly support.

02Can you support both prototypes and production parts?

Yes. We support prototypes, validation parts, rapid tooling, low-volume production and repeat orders. There is no fixed minimum order quantity; the manufacturing route is selected around the part, material and required volume.

03What agricultural equipment components can HordRT manufacture?

Typical projects include housings, covers, brackets, manifolds, control enclosures, structural supports, wear-resistant parts, sealing components and other custom plastic or metal parts produced to customer drawings.

04Which materials are suitable for demanding field conditions?

Options include aluminum alloys, carbon and stainless steels, engineering plastics such as PA, glass-filled nylon, ABS and PC, and selected silicone materials. Final selection depends on load, wear, temperature, chemicals and outdoor exposure.

05Can you provide corrosion- and wear-resistant finishes?

Yes. Available options may include anodizing, powder coating, plating, passivation, painting and other surface treatments. The finish is selected according to the base material and actual service environment.

06How do you control the quality of custom components?

Quality planning may include incoming material checks, first-article inspection, in-process control, dimensional inspection, CMM measurement and visual evaluation. Inspection requirements are confirmed against the drawing and project specifications.

07What information is required for a quotation?

Please provide 3D CAD files, 2D drawings where available, material, quantity, finish, critical tolerances and application requirements. Rapid tooling can typically be completed in 5–10 days, subject to tool size and complexity.
