Drivetrain & Motion
Gearbox housings, shafts, bushings and bearing supports.
AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY
Custom tooling, molded parts and precision metal components for agricultural equipment that must perform through demanding conditions.
AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS
Agricultural machinery works through vibration, heavy loads, dust, moisture and changing temperatures. Every component must maintain its fit, strength and function beyond the factory floor.
HordRT combines tooling and multiple manufacturing processes to support housings, brackets, hydraulic components, protective enclosures and precision mechanical parts—from design validation to repeat production.
AGRICULTURE APPLICATIONS
Precision-manufactured parts for the mechanical, hydraulic, structural and control systems that keep agricultural equipment working.
Gearbox housings, shafts, bushings and bearing supports.
Manifolds, valve blocks, pump housings and connectors.
Sensor housings, control boxes and protective enclosures.
Brackets, welded supports, guards and mounting plates.
Handles, covers and durable functional plastic parts.
Production-intent prototypes for assembly and validation.
MATERIALS & FIELD PERFORMANCE
Material, process and finish are selected around how the component will actually be loaded, handled and exposed in service.
Lightweight housings, manifolds and structural components with corrosion-resistant finishing options.
High-strength shafts, brackets, supports and wear-resistant functional parts.
PA, glass-filled nylon, ABS, PC and other polymers for covers, housings and operator components.
Anodizing, powder coating, plating and passivation selected for wear and environmental exposure.
QUALITY & VALIDATION
From drawing review to final inspection, quality controls are matched to the function, tolerance and production requirements of each agricultural component.
Critical dimensions, material selection, load areas and assembly requirements are reviewed before production begins.
Initial parts confirm tooling, machining strategy, molding parameters and assembly fit before repeat production.
CMM, gauges and blue-light scanning verify critical geometry with inspection records available when required.
Controlled materials, documented processes and in-process checks support consistent quality from batch to batch.
AGRICULTURE CASE STUDIES
Examples of how tooling and manufacturing processes can be matched to the performance, geometry and production needs of agricultural equipment components.
CNC MACHINING
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM COMPONENT
A compact aluminum manifold required intersecting ports, controlled sealing surfaces and accurate threaded connections for reliable hydraulic integration.
Glass-filled nylon housing with ribs, mounting bosses and sealing features for electronics used around dust and moisture.
Cut, bent and welded steel support designed around assembly fit, mounting access and repeated equipment loads.
WHY HORDRT
From early engineering review to repeat production, we coordinate the processes, materials and quality controls your project actually needs.

Get a QuoteWe provide rapid tooling, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, die casting, sheet metal fabrication and silicone compression molding, together with selected finishing and assembly support.
Yes. We support prototypes, validation parts, rapid tooling, low-volume production and repeat orders. There is no fixed minimum order quantity; the manufacturing route is selected around the part, material and required volume.
Typical projects include housings, covers, brackets, manifolds, control enclosures, structural supports, wear-resistant parts, sealing components and other custom plastic or metal parts produced to customer drawings.
Options include aluminum alloys, carbon and stainless steels, engineering plastics such as PA, glass-filled nylon, ABS and PC, and selected silicone materials. Final selection depends on load, wear, temperature, chemicals and outdoor exposure.
Yes. Available options may include anodizing, powder coating, plating, passivation, painting and other surface treatments. The finish is selected according to the base material and actual service environment.
Quality planning may include incoming material checks, first-article inspection, in-process control, dimensional inspection, CMM measurement and visual evaluation. Inspection requirements are confirmed against the drawing and project specifications.
Please provide 3D CAD files, 2D drawings where available, material, quantity, finish, critical tolerances and application requirements. Rapid tooling can typically be completed in 5–10 days, subject to tool size and complexity.
