- DFM Online Platform
We’ve launched a new Design for Manufacturability (DFM) online platform to streamline communication and collaboration with our clients. This tool enables seamless sharing of design feedback and analysis, ensuring potential issues are identified early in the design process. By integrating this platform, we can reduce production time and costs while delivering superior products faster.
- New Flocking Equipment
We’re excited to introduce state-of-the-art flocking equipment to our production line, expanding our service range. Whether for consumer electronics, automotive parts, or home decor, this technology adds a luxurious finish and enhances product quality.
- In-Mold Monitoring System
To ensure precision and quality control, we’ve implemented an in-mold monitoring system. This system automatically detects missing metal parts or inserts during injection molding. If an issue is detected, the process halts immediately, preventing incomplete or defective products and minimizing human error.
- Vision Inspection System for Assembly Lines
On our assembly lines, we’ve integrated a vision inspection system that automatically detects missing components. If any part is overlooked during the assembly process, the system identifies the issue and prompts an alert, ensuring that no product leaves the production line with incomplete assembly. This level of automation helps us maintain our high-quality standards and reduce the risk of human error.
- Workstation Computers with SOP/SIP Access
To improve efficiency, each injection molding machine is now equipped with a network-connected computer workstation. Operators and inspectors can instantly access Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Inspection Procedures (SIPs), ensuring accurate and consistent production processes.
- Advanced EDM and Wire-Cutting Equipment
We’ve added two high-precision EDM and wire-cutting machines from Japan’s Makino. These machines enable intricate and precise cuts, ensuring molds and components meet the highest industry standards.
- New High-Precision Injection Molding Machines
We’ve also invested in three high-precision electric injection molding machines from Japan’s SJW brand, with capabilities of 30T, 180T, and 450T. These machines, which will significantly improve our production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and ensure the consistent quality of our injection molded products.
